By downloading, installing, or using Sushiter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
Sushiter is a mobile application that allows users to count sushi pieces consumed during a meal session, track personal eating records, and participate in a global leaderboard ranking. The App is available on iOS via the Apple App Store.
To participate in the global ranking, you may choose a username. By selecting a username, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove or ban usernames that violate these guidelines.
The leaderboard displays the top 100 users ranked by sushi pieces counted. Rankings are updated periodically. We reserve the right to remove scores that appear to be fraudulent or obtained through manipulation of the App.

All content, design, graphics, code, and trademarks within Sushiter are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The App uses third-party services including Firebase (provided by Google) for data storage and leaderboard functionality. Your use of these services is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the developer's country of residence.

Todo el contenido, diseño, gráficos, código y marcas comerciales de Sushiter son propiedad exclusiva del desarrollador y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. No puedes reproducir, distribuir ni crear obras derivadas sin permiso escrito expreso.
La App utiliza servicios de terceros, incluido Firebase (proporcionado por Google), para el almacenamiento de datos y la funcionalidad del ranking. El uso de estos servicios también está sujeto a sus respectivos términos de servicio y políticas de privacidad. No somos responsables de las prácticas de los proveedores de servicios externos.
La App se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos que la App sea ininterrumpida, libre de errores ni libre de virus u otros componentes dañinos. El uso de la App es bajo tu propio riesgo.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, el desarrollador no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo derivado del uso o la imposibilidad de usar la App.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o discontinuar la App en cualquier momento sin previo aviso. También podemos actualizar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento. El uso continuado de la App tras los cambios implica la aceptación de los nuevos términos. Recomendamos revisar esta página periódicamente.
Nos reservamos el derecho de terminar o suspender tu acceso a la App a nuestra entera discreción, sin previo aviso, por conductas que creamos que infringen estos Términos o que son perjudiciales para otros usuarios, para nosotros o para terceros.
Estos Términos y Condiciones se rigen e interpretan de acuerdo con la legislación aplicable. Cualquier disputa derivada del uso de la App estará sujeta a la jurisdicción de los tribunales del país de residencia del desarrollador.
